Where we deliver

We deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes. You can check if your pincode is serviceable at checkout before placing your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499, and FREE on all prepaid (online) orders regardless of value. For Cash on Delivery orders below ₹499, a weight-based shipping fee applies. Cash on Delivery orders also carry a separate COD convenience fee — both are itemised below and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Paying online (UPI / card / net banking) removes both charges.

Shipping fee (COD orders below ₹499)

The exact shipping charge for your order is calculated automatically from the combined weight of your items and is clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

COD convenience fee (Cash on Delivery only)

In addition to any shipping fee above, Cash on Delivery orders carry a separate COD convenience fee that covers cash-handling and the higher cost of COD logistics. This fee applies to COD orders regardless of order value (it is not waived above ₹499 — only the shipping fee is). It is weight-based:

Example: a Cash-on-Delivery order under ₹499 weighing up to 1 kg pays a ₹59 shipping fee plus a ₹99 COD convenience fee (₹158 in delivery charges total). The same order paid onlinepays ₹0 in delivery charges. The exact amounts for your specific order are always itemised at checkout before you confirm — pay online to avoid both fees.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions. We'll keep you updated with tracking info throughout.

Order processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day
• You'll receive an SMS and email with tracking details once your order is shipped

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you can track your order in the fripy app under My Orders or via the tracking link sent to your registered phone number and email. You can also contact us at [email protected] with your order number for assistance.

Delivery attempts

• Our logistics partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts
• If both attempts fail (unavailable at address, phone unreachable), the order will be returned to us
• In such cases, a refund will be initiated minus any applicable shipping charges for COD orders

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or accept it and immediately raise a return request within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner may not carry change.

Two charges can apply to a Cash-on-Delivery order, both itemised at checkout:

• A weight-based shipping fee (from ₹59 for up to 1 kg) on COD orders below ₹499. This is waived on orders of ₹499 or more.
• A weight-based COD convenience fee (from ₹99 for up to 1 kg, +₹50 per additional kg) on all COD orders, regardless of value.

Choosing to pay online (UPI / card / net banking) removes both charges. See the "Shipping charges" section above for the full tables.
